Our cutting-edge certification program enables individuals to become certified Solution-Focused Coaches, now available in two specialized streams: healthcare and education. Additionally, we provide a range of workshops designed to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential, enabling them to better support the individuals they serve.
Certificate Programs Details
We offer a state of the art Solution Focused Coaching Certificate with two steams, designed for health care staff and for educators. Each stream offers two levels of training that will allow graduates to engage in meaningful conversations with the groups that they work with. Level One is year long program that teaches participants the fundamentals elements to leading coaching conversations. Level two of the program focuses on building and supporting facilitation skills that to teach and lead Humanistic Solution Focused materials.
For Health Care Workers:
Level One: Certified Solution-Focused Health Care Coach (CSF-HCC).
Level Two: Certified Solution-Focused Health Care Facilitator, (CSF-HCF).
The CSF-HCC is an intensive 12-month coaching program that has a humanistic approach to health care which is made practical through solution-focused skills and strategies. Monthly classes include formal and informal learning contexts where participants will engage with their peers and instructors to create experiential learning opportunities. After successful completion of level one participants will be eligible to partipate in level two (CSF-HCF) program.
For Educators:
Level One: Certified Solution-Focused Humanistic Educational Coach (CSF-HEC).
Level Two: Certified Solution-Focused Humanistic Educational Facilitator, (CSF-HEF)
The CSF-HEC /CSF-HEF program is a comprehensive 12-month coaching program that adopts a humanistic approach to education, emphasizing practical application through solution-focused skills and strategies. Weekly sessions encompass both formal and informal learning environments, fostering participant interaction with peers and instructors to create experiential learning opportunities. Classes convene once a week, alternating between Formal Learning and Peer Coaching sessions.
All programs are fully accredited by CCPC Global Inc.
